A great way to start your day! A low-impact warm-up, followed by targeted strength and flexibility exercises for the whole body. This class for active older adults will help improve or maintain postural alignment, static and dynamic stability, and gait variation. In addition to strength and flexibility, these exercises are designed to benefit coordination and cognition. Moving, standing, and floor exercises comprise this 55-minute class. Please bring your exercise mat and hand towel. Hand weights and resistance bands are provided by the Friends of OASIS. For you early birds we offer a 7:00am class. Early registration is advised for the 8:05am class as it fills quickly.
